L2032 is a classic indoor physical matting agent with low additives, good matting effect, very flat and fine film surface, which can reduce the cost of powder coating formulations. It is available in a wide range of polyesters, almost all 5/5 polyesters and most 6/4 polyesters have good matting effect.

Lab tested polyesters include: Excalibur 3B, Guanghua 1156, Xiangrong 5022X, Zhengjie 5054, Tiansong 6700, Sino-French 5072, and so on.
caveat：
1. With the increase of L2032 dosage, the gelatinization time is shortening, please pay attention to the stability of the powder storage in hot summer, it is better to store it in the room below 25℃.
2. Matting agent and material mixing should be uniform, mixing to open the crushing, try to break the polyester a little smaller, so that the matting powder, each batch of stability will be good.
3. Try not to add imidazole and other accelerators in the formula, which will easily affect the storage stability of the powder and surface leveling.
4. It is recommended to do a good test before mass production.
