L518 powder loosening agent,also called dry powder flow agent,is a kind of high melting point organic material,which can be wrapped on the surface of powder particles,preventing the powder particles from bonding with each other and agglomeration.

2.Usage
Suitable for all kinds of powder coatings, dosage 0.5%, mixed with other raw materials and extruded.
3.Product Characteristics
(1)Significantly improves powder looseness,significantly reduces angle of repose,prevents caking,and extends powder storage period.
(2)Can increase the coating film surface smoothness and fullness.Improve the scratch resistance.
(3)Uniformity of the powder when spraying,not easy to block the gun or spray powder mass,to realize the powder thin coating appropriate to improve the spraying area.
(4)Compared with the additional use of silica as a relaxing agent,it has the characteristics of simplifying the process and high gloss powder will not be fogged.
