G570A is an improved acrylic matting resin with improved surface leveling and finesse for matting outdoor weathering pure polyester powder coatings,providing 2-10%lower gloss and outstanding weathering performance.It performs even better in pure polyester non-gloss powders with less than 10%gloss,as it is difficult to achieve such low gloss with other matting methods.
The biggest advantage of G570A is that it can achieve very low matting,with stable and unchanged gloss,no dark streaks,and the size of the gloss can be adjusted by different dosage of HAA curing agent.

Extrude at 110-120°C and bake at 200°C x 15 minutes.
Description:
●G570A can only be adjusted for gloss with HAA curing agents, not TGIC curing agents, which will result in dark streaks.
●The amount of HAA hardener added should be accurate to prevent large gloss fluctuations.
●The ratio of polyester and epoxy resin is not recommended to exceed 4:1, otherwise there will be dark lines on the surface of the board when making low gloss.
●The addition of brighteners may cause dark lines or surface changes and is not recommended.
●The addition of some accelerators can lead to orange peel and elevated gloss on the surface, so it is recommended that you choose to use them with caution.
●Extrusion temperature is too high may lead to surface deterioration, it is recommended to control the extrusion temperature, to avoid the high temperature system in the screw reaction
