Product Features：
The main ingredient of floatation agent is acrylate polymer,which belongs to surfactant class.It can generate uneven surface by adjusting the surface tension to form the tension gradient,i.e.to form wrinkle,hammer pattern and art pattern effect.The powder industry has been using the floatation agent since the 80's.It has a history of more than 30 years.
L101F Floatation Agent is produced in a reactor,which has better stability,uniform and stable texture,strong sense of three-dimensionality,and is designed to have a high glass transition temperature,so it is not easy to agglomerate in the summer.

Usage：
(1)Add(after mixing),after the primer is ready to mix the floatation agent,add 0.1-0.5%,add a large amount of small wrinkles,add a small amount of large wrinkles,floatation agent coarse wrinkles,floatation agent fine wrinkles small.Recommended dosage 0.2%or so.
(2)Adding method:it can be mixed by machine,also can be mixed by hand with plastic bag,or over-grinding with flakes.
(3)Add some 2-methylimidazole in the formula of primer,the wrinkles will be stronger,2-methylimidazole dosage 0.02-0.05%.
