Coupling agent is also called surface treatment agent,because most of the inorganic fillers in the coating are hydrophilic,while the resin in the powder coating is hydrophobic,which leads to the two major components in the coating system is difficult to affinity,dispersion is more difficult,the amount of addition is also subject to certain restrictions.Coupling agent can make the two easy to affinity,because part of its molecular groups can be produced with the surface of the inorganic chemical group reaction,the formation of a strong bond,while the other part of the group has a pro-organic nature,can be reacted with organic molecules or physical entanglement,so that the two are closely interlinked.

2.Usage
Suitable for all kinds of powder coatings, dosage 1-2%, first mix the coupling agent and pigment filler at high speed, and then add the resin into the mix.
3.Product Characteristics
(1)Coupling agent molecule contains hydrophilic group at one end and lipophilic group at the other end,which can combine inorganic pigment filler and organic resin closely.
(2)Inorganic pigmented fillers can be treated
