L2035T is an improved indoor semi-chemical matting agent that acts as a gloss reducer in indoor anhydride-free polyester/epoxy systems.
Product Features：
L2035T is a newest matting agent which is developed for the polyester without maleic anhydride in the market nowadays, it has the advantages of small baking smoke, excellent surface leveling and fineness, and the difference of gloss between big machine and small machine is not big.

上述配方仅供参考，根据树脂的不同可能性能有所差异，实验室测试过的聚酯有：擎天2504、擎天2604、向荣5685、向荣6685等。
注意事项：
1.L2035T在粉末配方中按照1:2消耗环氧。
2.L2035T对烘烤温度敏感度低，180℃-200℃区间光泽波动小。
3.消光剂与物料的混合要均匀，混料时要打开破碎，尽量将聚酯破碎小一点，这样做出来的消光粉，每批次稳定性才会好。
4.配方中尽量不要加入咪唑等促进剂，容易影响粉末的存储稳定性与表面流平。
5.建议在大生产之前，做好小样机测试。
