L2035W is a compounded type of indoor semi-chemical matting agent that acts as a gloss reducer in indoor polyester/epoxy systems.
Product Features：
L2035W is a newly improved semi-chemical matting agent with low epoxy consumption, low smoke emission, excellent surface performance and little difference in gloss between large and small machines. It is not only the matting agent that produces smoke, but also 306 benzoin and wax powder. It is recommended to reduce the amount of benzoin added and choose wax powder that does not emit smoke at all.

caveat：
1.L2035W consumes epoxy according to 1:2 in the powder formula.
2.L2035W has low sensitivity to baking temperature, small gloss fluctuation in the range of 180℃-200℃.
3. Matting agent and material mixing to be uniform, mixing to open the crushing, try to break the polyester a little smaller, so that the matting powder, each batch of stability will be good.
4. Try not to add imidazole and other accelerators in the formula, easy to affect the storage stability of the powder and surface leveling.
5. It is recommended to do a good small prototype test before large-scale production.
