L2035C is a classic indoor semi-chemical matting agent, 1:2 consumption of epoxy, you can do 2% no light, the surface is very flat and delicate, like the skin feeling. Big machine and small machine gloss difference is small, spray thin spray thick leveling is as good as the baking temperature is not sensitive, compared to the physical matting agent, L2035C gelation time is long, storage stability is better.

caveat：
1.L2035C consumes epoxy according to 1:2 in the powder formula.
2.L2035C has low sensitivity to baking temperature, and the gloss fluctuation is small in the range of 180℃-200℃.
3. Matting agent and material mixing should be uniform, mixing to open the crushing, try to break the polyester a little smaller, so that the matting powder, each batch of stability will be good.
4. Try not to add imidazole and other accelerators in the formula, easy to affect the storage stability of the powder and surface leveling.
5. It is recommended to do a good test before mass production.
