204A external mixing matting agent can be used for mixed, pure polyester powder matting, easy to use, directly in the high-gloss powder external mixing 204A can be matting to matte to no light. When adding 1%, the mixed powder can be matted to 12%, and the pure polyester powder can be matted to 16% of the luster.

3.Usage
Post-mixing(external mixing):After the production of powder according to the conventional high gloss powder formula,external mixing 204A can be.It can be mixed with a mixer for fast dispersion,or it can be mixed by hand after a small amount of powder is dispersed.Pure polyester powder is generally better mixed quickly.

As can be seen from the table,with the increase of dosage,the luster decreases rapidly,1%of the additive amount of luster can be eliminated to 12 degrees,such a small amount of additive is any other matting agent can not be achieved.
It is recommended that 204A be used for matting more than 10%of the gloss,and the surface will become rough when the gloss is lower than 10%.
4．Packaging & Storage
Kraft paper bag (polyethylene lining), 25Kg/bag. Store in a cool and dry place, away from fire and heat sources.
