L117 Outdoor Sheen Agent is a sulfonic acid catalyst,and hydroxyl polyester with the production of outdoor sheen,it can make the surface of the polyurethane coating to produce strong contraction to form different sizes of crocodile pattern,and indoor sheen compared to outdoor crocodile pattern is bigger,more obvious and more stable.

1.High extrusion temperature,120-130℃,good texture.High baking temperature,210℃*20min,good mechanical properties.
2.L117 outdoor sheen agent should be used with hydroxyl polyester and its curing agent 1174.
3.L117 add 0.3-1%of the total amount of formula,mixed with other raw materials extrusion.
4.To make big grain,filler should be added less or not.If you want to do small grain,you can add a small amount of TGIC to eliminate knots.
5.The external mixing turtle pattern agent L118 can make the pattern more coherent,better spray.
6.Hydroxyl polyester is selective,in terms of our test polyester,DynaSky's 7805,1000H is more suitable.
