This product is an organic polymer sanding agent,does not contain fluorine components,testing does not contain PFAS fluorine elements,in line with international standards.It is used to replace the traditional fluorine and PTFE sanding agent.The main principle of this product is to use the different curing rate of resin to cause the flow blocking of the coating film to achieve the sanding effect.
Product Characteristics:
103X contains a certain amount of curing agent,so in the powder coating it is necessary to remove the corresponding curing agent to maintain the balance of the curing ratio,according to the proportion of one part of L103X to provide 0.3 parts of the curing agent to adjust the formula of the powder coating.Use the additive amount of 1%-5%,the only requirement for the use of precipitated barium sulfate,there is no requirement for the resin portion,it can be 55%-60%.
If you think the three-dimensional sense is strong and want to reduce the three-dimensional sense,you can use natural barium and precipitated barium together,the more natural barium the weaker the sense of three-dimensionality,and at the same time the natural barium plus more luster will also rise.
If you want to adjust the luster of the sand pattern inside the TGIC system,you can choose to add a small amount of 1%-2%HAA to reduce the luster.
In the white system of titanium dioxide add more than 20%,too much will lead to the board surface sand texture becomes weak,in the white system add 1%-3%of epoxy-based acrylic resin to reduce the gloss.
